PATIENT INFORMATION
Your
First Visit
On
your first visit you will be
asked to complete a personal
medical history. Dr.
Renegar, Dr. Osborne, or Dr.
Curry will perform a
thorough examination and
review the observations with
you. It is important
that you understand your
diagnosis and outcomes based
upon the best treatment
options, so ask as many
questions as you like.
Will
It Hurt?
We
will be as gentle as
possible.
The periodontal exam
can be done with little
discomfort, but, if
necessary, you may take
ibuprofen prior to the exam.
Do
I Need X-rays?
In
order to see what could be a
significant amount of tooth
beneath the gum line,
current periodontal x-rays
are necessary.
If you do not have
current x-rays, we will take
those at our office.
For more information on our services and policies, read through the Frequently Asked Questions section of this website, or call our office for more details.
