We are a provider for Delta Dental of Arkansas. We are able to process and pre-determine all Delta Dental of Arkansas claims immediately online. You will be responsible for the uncovered portion. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be billed to you. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
We are also providers for Arkansas BC/BS, MetLife, and Cigna. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current.
As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we will submit claim forms to your insurance company. However, the balance must be Paid in Full to our office the day of service. If we received an insurance payment and your account is paid in full, the excess amount will be refunded to you. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance.
